Julia Creek Motel

Owners were very helpful, the room was very cosy, not flash but had everything you need. There is a kitchen near the pool which had everything we needed to cook a meal. The wi-fi was reliable, and the petrol station was opposite to grab any food or drinks. The property was nicely kept and we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect stop after travelling 1500km.A clean, cozy room with an adequate ensuite.Sherrie from management was delightful and very hospitable despite our late arrival into town, we can’t wait to return.

The staff were friendly but the accommodation is all dongas and is really basic for what you are paying.I was in a single room and was woken up constantly from 5:45am by people using the sink that was placed right outside the door to my room and sitting around at the tables which are inbetween all the single rooms. Definitely not a good place to stay unless you are an early bird.

For me as a essential worker that has to abid by health and safety rules to be able to stop and rest before, continuing on to my destination. I want to say a big thanks to Julia Creek Motel staff's friendliness and cleanliness of the room and able to still perform their excellent service throughout these tough trying times.The room and service was excellent.For a quiet little motel that many would not see from the hussle from the highway of road trains. It is a quiet and welcoming accommodation for people to stay and rest.Thank you and will be glad to stay anytime, and for the team passing in by.

Loved my stay!!! The friendly helpful & happy managers made the stay so easy! Beautiful pool, clean & fresh room with aircon on, so lovely & cool to walk in too. We were well looked after. Thank you.

Rooms are very neat, clean and contained everything to make our stay comfortable. The host Suzanne was helpful, friendly and we were made to feel welcomed. Suited our needs for our 2 night stay. Thank you JC Motel.

Spent two nights there with Family and Friends from around the country.Nothing was an issue rooms very tidy and clean we even had meals prepared which was unexpected but made life easy.Could sleep in as it is very Quiet Julia Creek is that special place if you use as a base to look around as we did the drive to McKinley to see and have a feed at Crocodile Dundee Walkabout Pub and then drive to Kynuna and the Blue Heller Pub ( Waltzing Matilda History must see and ask the publican) Also in a round trip not backtracking over the same roads in a relaxed day using Julia Creek as our central point. Then a drive back to the Coast Thank you Julia Creek glad we stopped there.

Rooms are aged but very clean and very comfortable. Very friendly hosts and the pool was awesome.
