Awesome service. Terry came in on a Sunday morning to replace our tyre so that we wouldn't have another wasted day on our weekend getaway. He made us promise to make sure we had an amazing day before we headed home. Top bloke.

Amazing service from everyone here. From the bloke on the phone, the lady who took payment, including the young bloke who was new and learning the ropes.Proper small town service and very reasonable pricing. Also got me in within 2 hours of calling.

Hit a large pothole and wrecked my tyre, I dropped into the shop to get it sorted (thinking it would be a couple of days) and they replaced it straight away. Reception ladies are lovely and the boys knew what they were doing. Gave me a great deal. Highly recommended!

These guys are the bestWe were on our way back to Adelaide and got a puncture on a Sunday, they were there doing stocktaking.They stopped repaired the puncture and changed the tire for us and only wanted to charge a few dollars.We left them with more than they asked as this is real country serviceThanks Terry for your excellent service and great staff that helped us outDanny

shocking service imo but cant give them 0 stars, car was given back from wheel alignment with worn wishbone mount (yea ok needed fixing). told it was within spec all good. snapped shocky bolt few weeks later on the highway at 100ks, my mechanic even asked how they did the wheel alignment and didnt pick that up. had the wishbone replaced by mechanic. returned to grampians tyres for another alignment now the rear is scrubbing out. yea they didnt charge me for the wheel alignment. beauty...what is $80 when my safety and those travelling with me has been jeapordised for the past few months due to this neglegence and quite honestly lazy work compared with the expert service and customer care this bussiness was once known for. when i approached them about it theyre attidude was oh well do you want to book it in for another wheel alignment? and hand out for money. will never spend another cent there and will share with anyone who asks about the place.

Pretty happy with the customer service here. They helped me out on a Friday late in the day (almost on closing time) and were still very friendly even though I am sure they would have rather been eleswhere! They have a huge range of tyres as they cater for farm machinery and service a wide region. I was able to get the right tyre for my Coaster bus, no problem.
