Took my 12yo easily stressed/cranky cat to the vet today for the 1st time in 10 years, as the last experience elsewhere was a nightmare. Lauren was amazing and could examine and touch her in a way I wouldn't be game to without a hazmat suit and chain gloves haha. The young lady at the reception was also lovely and I wish I could give more that 5 stars. Thank you.

Cassie is an excellent vet; we have brough our other dogs to see her in the past and were very happy to bring our new pup to her as well. Excellent service, short witing times and reasonable costs.

Puppy school Level 1This course has been very beneficial for our 3 year old female Vizsla. She has severe anxiety and was extremely nervous and stressed at the first lesson. Thanks to our amazing trainer Steph, we were encouraged to stay. Steph managed the situation with great confidence and professionalism, recognising all signs our Vizsla displayed. By week 2 our girl was far more relaxed and responsive to her tasks. The change was unbelievable. We are so grateful for Steph's encouragement and perseverance, always happy to answer our questions. Can't thank her enough. Highly recommend this course with Steph for all dog owners.

The staff are so lovely and always happy to help and advise on what is best for our dog. The prices are very competitive and the parking is super easy so I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Welcoming and caring staff who welcomed our dog by name and a compassionate and understanding vet who dealt with our dog's aversion to vet visits easily and gently while explaining what he was doing. Excellent all round.

Great shop, with friendly knowledgeable staff that are always very helpful.Adding today, that they are still awesome, friendly, knowledgeable & caring !!Took my new puppy today, we got great advice for a little collar, shampoo ,flea & tick treatment for my little 1.4kg pup & worming advice for my other 2 at home. Can't recommend this place enough !! Thanks Crew x
