Australia Post - Tullamarine BC

Excellent service, friendly staff. Near to the airport. It only took me less than half a hour to drive there, sent something, and drive back to the airport.

Australian Post office delivery people are the most careless and lazy. I ordered my online purchases to be delivered to my office as there is a reception and people all-day, additionally, I put the name of the company in the address to make sure is easier to find but seems like that is not enough because you delivered all my packages to a different address no even in the same street.One package was left in a corner in the middle of nowhere (not the address I put), other packages were trown through a fence because the place was closed (again not the address I put) and another package was left again in a wrong address with people working there and they didn't even ask if that was the right place.As far as I know, you are not doing us a favour or doing your delivery at a cheap rate to receive such a bad service.Do I need to check all the neighbourhoods every time I am expecting a package?Who is going to pay for the damages?What is your compensation?On top of that, I tried to call your customer service line and it was a machine. Trust me the less thing an upset client wants is to talk with a machine.See the photos below of the place where you left my packages and how different the place where they should have been delivered.

Excellent and fast service, not too busy - so can walk out very quick.Shop has all the essentials for postal needs.Ample parking onsite.

The guy with long hair always has an attitude like he doesn’t want to be there and is so rude. I walk in and say hi how are you each time and he just looks at me. No manners and treats people like dirt. He shouldn’t have a customer service job with no customer service skills. I refuse to be served by him and dread going to my local post office because of him - gives me anxiety like I’m doing something wrong? Just smile - doesn’t cost anything.

Staff are really quiet and not too welcoming but the place itself is nice.

Friendly staff, but honestly a nightmare trying to get through to the PO after finding out a very important document lodged over a week ago hadn't arrived at its destination (the bank!)

Just received a notice to collect my parcel from here, without Aust Post even attempting to deliver it to my business address in Tullamarine.

Great service from v knowledgeable staff. I went there to compete passport services and was helped all along the way w the process. While I was there, staff helped another customer choose the most appropriate postage service he required at the best price. Lady serving me was training and it was great to see her getting all the help she needed to learn.

Helpful and accommodating staff. Secure 24h access to PO Box is far better than nearby outlet in Keilor.
