I've just received a gorgeous hamper of Irish goodies as a gift from home ! The staff from The Irish Shop went out of their way, helping both the sender back in Ireland and making sure to get it delivered to me on time. Thanks so much, I'm loving all the goodies.

Placed an order on the 30th of November.Got a confirmation email of my order.After 2 weeks of the item not arriving, I emailed the store asking what is going on - no reply.Another week later i sent another email - no reply.As this item is for a Xmas Present, I started calling.The answering machine told me the opening hours, which included Xmas timings. I called in these timings and always got the answering machine.There's no updates on the website as to whether the people have closed down or are sick or delays or anything, but it's now 29th of December and I don't have the item and I can't get an answer as to what is happening.

Ordered perfume for Christmas. Still not delivered. Don't answer emails or phone. Wouldn't order from here. They are unreliable. Take your money and never deliver.

The owner was extremely friendly and honest and after receiving my Celtic Warrior Shield Ring (which was made in Ireland) i am EXTREMELY happy and satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the ring and my overall experience dealing with The Irish Shop

Very interesting store along Parramatta Road. They stock Irish merchandise such as clothing, bookmarks, key rings, and food that you can't really find anywhere else. It's opened very short hours though. But once you step into the store, it makes you really feel like you've stepped into another world.

Wow, what a friendly guy and so very helpful too. We could have stayed and chatted all day in there. He has some beautiful items in there. Ended up spending a small fortune, but they are pieces we will treasure forever.

I recently ordered some jewellery from The Irish Shop, which had to be specially ordered, and shipped from Ireland. Due to the freight company, the order took a little longer than expected, however, the team at The Irish Shop, went above and beyond to keep me happy, Denis was genuinely upset that the freight company caused the delay, and was a true gentleman throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this amazing business, and it's dedicated team, to anyone. They have been fantastic.Mark.
