I was referred to this clinic by a friend and boy am I glad. The team at Happy Pets Family Vet always goes the extra mile with everything they do.They take a lot of care making sure you are always informed and stay up to date with worming and vaccinations. The staff are always friendly, always answer any questions you may have and always accomodating to your needs in making appointments.They will go out of their way to make you feel assured and at ease if your pet has undergone surgery and always follow up to see how things are going.When ever I walk into this clinic I feel my boy is completely loved.The service here is exceptional and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Julia and the team took such great care of our pup when he swallowed a foreign object. Their great communication, quick diagnosis and overall professionalism saved us a great deal of heartache. Our pup is now back fighting fit again and we couldn't be more thankful and lucky to have him under the care of Happy Pets. They are hands down the best vet in Brisbane!

Most people say their dog is terrified of their vet and hates going. My dog Chopper LOVES going to the vet, even after having a tooth removed and spending the day with their (awesome) team! When we walk past, he is always keen to sniff around and check out what’s happening (he’d love if every time we walked past he could go inside). All of our experiences have been fantastic! The team are helpful, accommodating and we always leave feeling validated and looked after. Couldn’t recommend Happy Pets Family Vet more! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Hands down the best vet we have ever been too! We love our vet, they have great communication, they take the time to show you how to use medication and explain everything. You can feel they genuinely care for your pet as much as you do and for us, this makes all the difference.

Best vet - Dr Tom is amazing. I took our little Penny, who is 8 weeks old Maltese Shiz Tzu, in for a checkup on Tuesday and set a plan moving forward for vaccines, worming ect. Penny was quite anxious but Dr Tom took the time to make sure Penny was comfortable. He also explained everything to me so well and was so helpful in answering all my questions. I walked out knowing exactly what Penny needed and how we were going to move forward. I feel so comfortable with Dr Tom’s advice and the team at Happy Pets that I wouldn’t consider anyone else to trust with our little Penny. No wonder my friends recommended us to them!!

The team at Happy Pets Family Vet truly go above and beyond for their clients (both animal and human). Our dog Snoop has been going here since we adopted him in a couple of years ago and every experience we've had with them has been fantastic. They are great for pets with anxiety, and truly treat every animal as their own. Wouldn't go anywhere else for vet care in Brisbane.
