Uniform Concepts Inglewood Super Store

Appalling!!! With the school term commencing next week and not having any stock. No dresses or skorts or jackets.I have been attempting to purchase dresses since early January.Additionally, I was sold the wrong size skort, despite them writing down the correct size, when I was in their store in early January.How do you keep your contract if you can’t supply the required goods by the date required?

Great staff, easy to deal with. Very familiar with the challenges of dressing school kids - able to accommodate the fickleness of what kids will or won't wear, not to mention how quickly something that was the right size can become too small.

Staff are very friendly and they stock the uniforms quickly so you can place an order for something that's out of stock and they'll reply with a text when it comes back in. Sometimes it only takes a couple or even less days.

They were amazingly quick to fit my son for his uniform at Bob Hawke College. Added bonus, the shop was cool on a 45 degree day.

Staff are helpful and friendly.The store is well set out, neat and very organised.Can organise payment plans with them: certainly does help.

If I could give this place a 0 star I would.Absolutely appalling customer service!My daughter was forced to try on everything and they made judgments as if I wasn’t the mum. For example, my daughter tried on a size small t shirt and it was huge on her but they demanded it looked small on her.Another incident, my daughter tried on a Size 10 jumper and it didn’t even fit through her head and the staff member “helping us out” used a very aggressive tone in her voice saying it was just right. We then asked for a size up( Size 12) but we were given another size 10 crossed out with a blue marker saying it was Size 12.$40 per shirt, $70 for track pants and another $70 for jacket, $60 for jumper?! School is school, the prices for school uniform is sky rocket for the quality given! Everyone should be able to afford school uniform for their kids.Further actions should be proceeded to fix disappointing customer service, quality in products and price in products!

Friendly service even when you're only buying socks. It's great there's a uniform shop outside of school with opening hours like most shops. Gives us parents a lot of flexibility.And staff great with kids too, usually we get annoyed looks from shop staff..

Amazing experience. Super efficient and so fast. We walked to the door, were whisked in immediately for a fitting and barely had time to sit down afterwards before our uniform was done.
