I hired Lauren based in a referral. She engaged well initially and seemed really excited about helping me. The onboarding process was quite lengthy including passwords, access, and task management set up. I gave her all the info to managing online events and connecting signups to a email marketing series. After week of engaging, waiting for her availability to free up and her week off she dropped it to me by email that my tasks were too complicated. I asked her if she could still take on the email campaign and she said no with no good reason. I had to reset all my passwords (well over 15), revoke access and then back to square on to find help. This put my company in a highly stressed state. My best friend who is a nurse and no formal qualifications is now doing the work. I would not recommend using Lauren her behaviour was distasteful
