Hinterland Caravans Burleigh Heads - Used Caravans

From the sales team to the service department, hinterland has been very helpful and kept us informed as best they could. helped with the colour choice, even when suppliers changed. and helped with the pick up in the wettest of weather. Gave 2 days at a local caravan park as a shake downdon't plan on buying another van but if I did I would use them again

Update: van back total cost to get it safe to tow, $3500, could see issue of hangers between wheels. Buyers beware, very poor company, Highly recommend reading reviews. We brought a van on consignment from Cameron. Was told by big boss and Cameron it’s one of the finest for its age. Was pushed to try keep registered in QLD. We didn’t now still waiting to be registered as hangers needed replacing, shackle bushes to be replaced had to be cut off due to being welded. Yes was sight unseen, we made mistake of trusting a sales man. Yes was on consignment, bet they still got their commission. Paid over $4000 for van to arrive on the back of a truck it was towed in under trade plate, over roads highly damaged by rain, did this damage my van who knows. Van arrival had no keys was palmed off to delivery company fault.Be very wary $45,000 and van can’t be registered currently as part is hard to come by, have to get custom made hanger. $4000+ for delivery not as requested.Very bad and poor customer relations,Best part we run caravan parks so word of mouth is much more than these reviews.Do not buy from them either consigned or from reviews new.

These people are the worst company I have ever dealt with after sales service is disgraceful well be honest there was none after buying a new caravan spending 90 thousand you expect some service. And with a list of faults a mile long not any help from Hinterland and like I asked these people who name was on the pre delivery check list as it was not mine and after Greg your service manager saying he would send me a jack that was never in the caravan from delivery 2 years down the track I still waiting for the promised Jack so I would never ever recommend these people and 2 years after the sale iam still waiting for the caravan to be repaired worst service I have ever had in my life

We sold our caravan through consignment and we dealt with Warren who was very nice to us with his initial contact and when we arrived with our caravan he sat us down and explained everything in detail. He was very professional and he told us he would sell it before Christmas with the price we wanted and he did! Amazing service! We cannot fault this company in any way , right from sales people to our coordinator Kim who was extremely helpful through the office staff to Dan the workshop manager who checked van on handover.Everything perfect. Highly recommend dealing with this company.cheers Trevor Sherwell

Shame Shame Shame .It's been over a year now after dealing with these liars, was going to buy a van that only just arrived it had not even been cleaned or serviced yet after 30 mins of paperwork,.was told if this contract fell through within a couple of days we would get all of our deposit back, well after 2 days the contract did fall through due to a death in my family, so I needed the money for funeral expenses and these piece of $%@t kept some of our deposit, heartless.dont deal with them .

Fell in love with the sweet little van I had researched. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to house until I can pick up. Oh and the couple of days at Kirra will be brilliant for my caravan training. Feeling excited.

We purchased a brand new Hinterland branded caravan from Cameron and the team at Hinterland caravans on the Gold coast. Excellent sales and post sales service especially fromLisa & Maria. Hand over was a breeze with Paul showing us how to use everything and we hit the road ready to travel.

QCAT CLEARLY NAMES HINTERLAND MOTORHOMES IN THIS CASE. THANKFULLY I SAW THIS ON MY PHONE PRIOR TO HEADING THERE TO PURCHASE A VAN....The site has photos overlapping the bottom of previous pics.The owners response to a couple who complained on this site shows how corrupt he is (? Related to Vic's D.A). Stating that Avida is sold at another outlet - RUBBISH, any outlet can sell a different brand !!!
