I have been very impressed with my entire experience at Concept Cosmetic. The office is gorgeous and the staff and doctors are the best in the industry. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I really appreciate that they take the time to listen to me and only suggest procedures that will give me the results I am after. I never feel like they are trying to 'up-sell' me things I don't need, like you get in so many other clinics. I find that really tacky. The doctors in this practice are at the forefront of the cosmetic industry, the equipment they use and their up to date knowledge assures me that I am in good hands.

I’ve done my Botox with Dr Sivan Lee and I’m so disappointed, 2 months ago and I paid 650$ So definitely with this cost I expect good quality , at that point after injection affect on my eyes, one of my eyes look closer so I ask my doctor she said is for wrong injection, they just gave me drop Eyes for that and the manager told me it happens for 95% of people, which is so wired ! now after 2 month all my Botox gone even doesn’t last for 2 month!!! I back in clinic today no one responsible even they agree shouldn’t be like this and It should be last at least 6 to 8 months they offer me pay less and then we can fix it, why should I pay for something it’s their responsibility , I didn’t expect this response so uncommittedI Don’t really recommend them

I agree with the other reviews in that the facility and clinical experience was excellent. I had a great experience with Dr. Silvan Lee. She took the time to do a thorough assessment and noticed an anomaly which she then tailored the procedure to address. I was very impressed with her level of clinical care and the time she took with patient education. The entire experience was very pleasant despite me not liking needles! I would highly recommend this place and going to see Dr. Lee!

I’ve been coming here for years. Dr Sara and Dr Nicole are both highly skilled, honest and incredibly diligent. 1-2 weeks after my Botox and fillers in forehead etc I always look refreshed, yet natural and get many compliments on my appearance. The staff on front desk are also always respectful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

I had a really good experience with this clinic. I got a cherry angioma removed from my lip using their laser technology and I am happy with the result. The treatment was quick and efficient.

I have been looked after by Dr Stefan Lo for over 10 years and I've been delighted with the results after every single visit. He is caring, honest and I never feel rushed. His prices are also very competitive after comparing with what my friends pay at other practises. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I have been coming here for face maintenance for 10 years. I have tried others, but they do not compare. The staff are lovely, all the doctors are great and they allow me to stay within my budget. I’m treated with respect and feel like their friend. Even after moving out of Sydney, I still travel in to see them because it’s worth it. 20 out of 5 stars!

I have been coming here for 3 years to see Dr Stefan Lo for facial fillers to fill in hideous marionette lines around the jaw which last 12 months and only a minimal top up needed, as a guy I feel comfortable with the whole CCM experience

Very disappointing, I went to see dr Lee for lip injection I was devastated my upper lip had two different shape and one bigger than the other.i was devastated. I didn’t want her to touch my lips again as I was scared she would even make it worse. I Went to another clinic to even my lips as best as they could. The Dr at the clinic shook his head when he had seen my lips and thankfully he fixed it the best he could. I’m not usually the type to post a bad review but when it comes to your face its so important to ensure you see a good Dr. Never again.
