Big thanks to Rachael for great customer service. l live in Melbourne and was chasing a specific pair or Brooks that l needed ASAP. Tried calling 3 others stores in Melbourne, 2 of them didn't even bother taking the call and the other store was so disinterested and absolutely useless. Rachael answered instantly and made the effort to look for the shoe l was after and called me straight back. Thanks again Rachael nice to know that there still are people out there that care about there customers and are willing to make the extra effort. Well done and keep up the good work cheers.

I loved it and felt comfortable..Jess was amazing.. I have pretty difficult feet to get shoes for and Jess was very helpful.. I usually hate shoe shopping but I enjoyed it today 24/7/2019.. I totally recommend this place, I am new to Vic so it was a great experience for me today in a new shop, a huge thank you.. Very comfortable and supportive shoes for me..Will definitely go back while here..

Never been there before. You take off your shoes and socks and stand on a mapping tool. Which calibrates your foot, giving a computer your foot size, the way you stand, if you have more weight on one foot, leg length and pregnancy. Then it's on to the cat walk for more information. Walk a few steps. Then the computer relays all information to sales staff who pull out three shoes that all fit like a glove. So comfortable. I have always bought $30 shoes from Big W or K mart. There good for walking around, last 6 months. I have been running 9 km a day on the treadmill in cheap shoes, with hip pain and knees cracking, numb feet These new shoes have a massive sole with air suspension, they feel amazing. The price is Ah, a bit more than my $30 shoe budget, actually 7 times, at $229. But if it can eliminate these problems, and prolong my hip, and joint life it's got to be worth it, right?

Never met such a rude Staff member. I come here all the time to buy shoes for me. I came in yesterday and asked for a pair of Nikes and she refused to let me buy them. And I needed a pair of shoes for work So I picked another set and she also refused. I found this abit racist cause of my skin colour as I was leaving the store she gave me a dirty look definitely not happy.Should be able to buy a pair of shoes as long as you guys are being paid the money from me for the shoes. Definitely not coming here again.Intersports was way better and friendly staff there.
