We are currently building our second Fairhaven homeOur first Fairhaven home was a seamless exerciseVery well built. I found all staff very easy to deal with.The quality and finish on our home is exceptional. Two small issues after handover were rectified without any problems.Our second house is currently at lock-up stage with everything proceeding well.I would have no hesitation in recommending Fairhaven homes to anybody looking for a great value, professional quality builder.

Amazing experience with FH, CRO was very responsive, polite and professional. SS worked very hard to keep the build going and answered all questions. Great job

We discussed our plans and did a colour selection appointment. Unfortunately did not go further as they increased the price dramaticaly afterwards even we locked the base price about a year ago. After lot of conversations they agreed to return our initial deposit. We are starting everything again from other builders. Probably custom build.

They get 1 star because it is the lowest ranking available.After getting quotes from 3 builders we decided to select Fairfaven because we liked their home design. The base home we liked was around 300k and with extras came in at just over 520K (following Color’s).The GM Sales gave an estimated site cost of 50K which was 10K more than the other 2 builders we received quotes from, which we accepted because of the house design.We paid the deposit in good faith based on the offer from Fairhaven.5 months later we were sent our Tender (late) and our site cost rose to over 160K, yes 160K. This now raised our build price to over 700K!The price was raised only to get out of the build and for us to walk away and forfeit our deposit.VERY untrustworthy building company, so stay well clear.

I have had a very bad experience with Fairhaven to build a house, they have spoiled my house but I want to make you aware that you can avoid them by giving your hard earned money to them and building a shoddy house.And I had hired a private inspector, at every stage he found more than 50 defects, the builder used to fix some the rest used to say that he will do it on the next stage, but still there are many defects left, which are major defects.Number one poor quality glass is scratched and glass has paint marks paint not correct bathroom handle loose whole house is bad if you want to save your money never sign deal with Fairhaven even after handover they not reply and contact very poor quality material they use after hand over if we complaint or call fix issues they not care Superviser cam, Clint relation officer Laura manager Matt all of them ignoreBathroom door not sealed due to which water comes out Sarking was not installed under the tin roof due to which the sound of rain and wind , we are not able to sleep properly

Fairhaven Homes in our dealings haven been professional in all the steps to the beginning of our build. All staff members have been patient and accommodating with all our requests and have guided us to a design of home which is quality at a value for money price.If our recently commenced build continues in the same vain it will exceed our expectations.Many thanks to all the Fairhaven staff we have dealt with so far.Eddy A

Very unprofessional and not reliable at all. The construction of our house has stopped since May. They always make weird excuses and keep blaming everything on COVID.Its been more than a year since construction started and there is no hope of handover yet.They keep changing supervisors and we have no contact person at the moment.When we contact client relationship supervisor she keeps saying that she doesn’t have any information and some one will contact us but no body bothers to contact or inform us anything.We are so frustrated. Worst company and people to deal with.

We just had our colour selection appointment and have been working with Paige and TeganThey have been so great, very organised, knowledgeable and kindThe process so far has gone smoothly and made choosing colours easy and fun!

Our experience thus far with Fairhaven has been fantastic.Right from the start, with Ben Jeffery as our consultant, we were shown some great floorplan options. Tegan has been great as our CRO to assist us with the Fairhaven building process. We were also particularly impressed with Wendy as our colours consultant. She was patient, supportive and had some fantastic ideas to assist us in designing an ideal new investment property!

Crying and sleepless nights is all I can say about this company, disaster from the start, changed building supervisor 4 times through our build as this company can only employ heartless people, you have a heart Do not work for this company. Abuse and lies is all we have had, amongst other disasters, have been in our house just on a year, and have always wondered why our facade on our Newport 361 looked so rough and odd. Our front verandah is too high theirfor they have cut our cladding on the top floor when it’s supppsed to be squared on top of the verandah roof. Vcat, solicitor and building inspector, are definitely going to involved now, enough is enough
