My experience in this store was in the photo printing area.I've gone to a store closer but there is always issues with the photo service equipment.The service was helpful,kind and for me who can be a bit slow on the take they were patient,I was shown options to what I wanted and visually show not just push this go there.Ill travel from 3214 to get here because good service is everything.

I had been driving around Geelong all morning trying to find some apple air tags for a gift for my dad and when I asked for some help I was greeted with very friendly and helpful service from sam, a shipment had just come in and he pulled apart the pallet box to find some for me, I was very happy to wait and browse around while he went to a huge effort to find me some, would have been very easy to say “no sorry” when the stock list said 0 had been scanned in and i would have been on my way to the next storeI felt very valued even though it was only a small purchaseThank you again :)

I went in planning to buy a new washing machine, lounge suite, kitchen appliances and electronics. Staff had little knowledge of products, beyond trying to upsell me on additional warranties and protection plans. Gladly taking my business elsewhere and won't be back.Poor customer service, limited knowledge and a terrible instore experience.

Had a problem with a microwave I bought in store , went back & Rosie helped us out with purchasing another one great customer service she was very helpful & went out of her way to please us .Also like to thank the young guy think his name was Clayton in the pick up area he was very nice & helpful . Absolutely terrible customer service, the worst I’ve ever experienced. Got given a faulty product and I have spent most of my day trying to work the problem out only to get a call from the technical department which was unhelpful. Their staff need to undergo customer service experience and phone etiquette.
