First time visiting here today and was quite impressed. Had a lot of Mad Mex in my time but no Guzman so I thought it would be worth a try. It was very busy however service was still reasonably fast and food was quite fresh. I tried a chicken burrito meal with the fries and drink along with a beef taco and some churros! Overall it seems to be much better value than Mad Mex in my opinion and I will definitely be back.

I hope they get better as they only just openedWent through the drive-thru ordered a beef burrito and a chicken burrito. No mention of what would be on them by the lady serving us and we added guacamole. Nothing but meat tomatos and rice not even salsa tasted so bland

Can’t go wrong with a three dollar taco! The crispy shells are so flavourful and they are packed full of yummy meat cheese and lettuce. I also had the fresh corn chips with cheese dip 10/10 delicious quick and cheap

I love GYG normally. However today I ordered a burrito and made sure to confirm the ingredients included. I have an allergy to avocado and even though I specifically asked for no avocado first bite into my burrito it’s filled with it. Wasted money on a whole burrito.

The food here used to be a bit tastier when it first opened, these days a chicken bowl , consists of boiled beans from a factory container (so it seems to me), rice, chicken , and a tomato salsa poorly made without much flavour, the true mexican sauce for the beans or chicken is not included , this dish hardly resembles the real mexican food, being latino and having visited Mexico and eaten mexican dishes which are delicious in LA(USA) leaves me wondering why do you serve such a pale version . Respect your customers and prepare genuine mexican food. The serving are at times very small and sloppy. I agree with other costumers regarding the volume of the music, look after those customers that help you stay in business please. This is a well intended review . Thank you.

For the 3rd time in a row the Erina store has either messed up my order or not included everything I was charged for on my web order. Its a 50min round trip from my house to your shop. Tried calling but you contact number goes to a voice mail service. Thank for not feeding my wife. Feel free to reply and I'll send you my details for the refund.

Usually love this place and would come here on a regular basis for lunch and dinner. However the serving size consistency for the price you pay is beyond a joke. Before a mini burrito would satisfy myself, my husband and the kids, now it barely feeds my 3 year old. Pay $11.90 for something worth $6 with very minimal chicken and food in general. Even the regular sizes are getting ridiculous and are very inconsistent depending on which day you come and which workers you get. I spoke to the manager about it, after the last 6 or so times having this issue. Her response was that this is how they've been trained and this is how they always serve it (when it's clearly not). Her response to inconsistent sizes was that the workers are all trained to do it the same way, but some don't pick up on it". Looks like further training is needed for both the workers and manager/s. You've lost regular customers due to this issue which you haven't/didn't even attempt to rectify. Photo attached is the food mixed together before eaten (with the four chips taken out

We have been going here regularly for the last four years. The quality and portion sizes have decreased. Inconsistent portion sizes. We just ordered our 4th wrong order in a row. Paying for things I didn't receive in multiple meals on each order. Your staff seem switched off. It was not busy when I ordered there today, there was only one other person inside and one family eating outside.
