I live in Western Australia and I couldn't reach someone here because the branch wasn't opened yet. I decided to ring this branch and managed to speak with Rachel. She was friendly and very helpful and kindly answered all my questions willingly and happily. Very good customer service without giving me any pressure.I bought a ring from garden city branch in upper Mount Gravatt years ago and had sooo many compliments for the ring. Rachel also mentioned to me that they had an experienced jeweller walk in to their store and he couldn't tell the difference between their stones and an actual mined diamond because the quality is brilliant.Thank you Rachel very much for your precious time.

Staff are amazing. My wedding set are from secrets. It's a beautiful set and the staff take such amazing care when I come in to get it cleaned. My rings are always gorgeous and sparkly and I could not recommend secrets products and service more!

After going to Secrets in Chermside and not having the best experience, walking into Secrets North Lakes was the most amazing retail experience I have had. Amy was so lovely and never made me feel rushed and let me take my time with my choice, she provided me with all of the information to make the best choice. I would also like to mention Samantha, she was equally as lovely and both of the girls made this experience one I will remember forever! Thank you girls ☺️

My daughter bought her engagement ring from this store and had to return it 5 times with the stone constantly coming loose and a crack in the ring. She has now barely worn it since she was engaged Jan last year as it takes months every time it's returned. She wants a refund. She has fallen out of love with this ring due to the issues and never being able to look at it without looking for something to be wrong with it. But Secrets won't refund her. She went to pick it up yesterday after waiting months for the crack to be repaired, and it has come back with the stone loose again. I would NOT recommend purchasing from them. It will destroy the happiness of your engagement. I will be taking this further with Consumer Law.

Searched the world for a piece that matched the oceans of Western Australia - nothing on the planet compared to the Oceania Collection. I couldn't help myself, I bought every single piece, they are gorgeous.Samantha from the North Lakes store offers world class service and still remembers her customers many months after the sale is made.Can't recommend more highly - I will be back for more.
