Very bad experience.The guy in store name Peter promised to assemble the couches free of cost plus assured to deliver on time. But in reality they delivered 3 weeks later than the due date plus also ran away from his words to provide free assemble.Very bad experience.Not recommended

Bought leather sofa at Dandy store and paid money to have extended warranty. They gave fabric cleaner instead of Leather cleaners. When I went to request the change, the sales guy Peter at the store was very arrogant that I should have notified THEIR mistake within one week. He clearly said he can not do any thing and leave the store. Now, I have no product and no warranty despite paying money!!!. I had been going to the store past 20 years. No longer the same. They have very bad attitude, i will completely avoid that store . Beware you could be next when you have problem with your purchase. I am taking this further.Prefer to give Zero star. Not worthy of any STARS.

My partner and I walked into this store today and we didn’t even know if anyone was working here because there was nobody around. After 5 mins of walking around we realised that out the back there were about 3 staff members all having a cigarette.Now correct me if I’m wrong but should we not have at least one staff member serving on the floor and maybe rotate breaks? We both couldn’t believe it and left. Not to mention the prices of some pieces of furniture are just absolutely ridiculous.

This company is one of the worst I have dealt with. Fraudulent people. Best attitude when you buy - worst attitude when problems arise. They treat you worst than animals. Their extended warranty is also fake. Report them to the ACCC And current affairs. Take action. Fake, Fraud. Fake warranty... Liars!

Got what I needed, fast delivery, ok customer service, quality is what you pay for, if you are after budget then also realise you are buying budget, don't expect 5 star quality. Large variety and great deals at times. Have been a customer for over 10 years now and never had a problem with any of the items, service or employees, have bought couches, beds, matresses and futons and will recommend to anyone.

Bought a tallboy online 2 months ago for over $300 - today I took it to landfill.Absolute garbage furniture. They should be ashamed of the quality of their products.There was no way to reuse or recycle the chipboard after it continually fell apart and crumbledGarbage

Knock Knock. Who's there? - Amazing customer service. Wow..where do I start!? I have never experienced customer service quite like I have at Furniture Galore in Dandenong. I recently visited for the first time in desperate need of some furniture. I was in a mad rush and wasn't sure where to look until I was greeted by the lovely Frank who showed me the way. he was very informative about the products and guided me through the whole process! I left with not only my furniture package but also a new lease on life. Thank you Furniture Galore and thank you Frank! I'll definitely be back to check out the rest of your range

They don't accept returns and over priced delivery fee. Cancellation fee is 20% even if you haven't picked up the item or paid not even paid in full mount.

Reviewing on behalf of my dad as he does not have a google account. My parents spent over $3000 on a grey leather couch.Couch was delivered by the drivers without assembly of the legs. When I phoned the store I was advised by the guy that the saleswoman my dad dealt with no longer works there. He also advised that usually they offer leg assembly for $50 which is absolutely ridiculous. If a customer is spending over $3000 on your business the least you can do is offer the leg installation for free. Extremely poor customer service. I Do not recommend for anyone to purchase from this business.
