I used to be terrified of going to the dentist! Now I am so relieved and relaxed knowing my teeth are being cared for with no discomfort, no pain, no anxiety.I have over crowded teeth … My mums small jaw and my dads big teeth. As a teenager I had so many dental appointments in preparation for braces.Teeth pulled- barbaric contraptions to create room.It was so painful and I was so anxious about dentistry that I pulled stumps on braces, and ALL subsequent dental treatment.I had not been to a dentist for more than 10 years when someone recommended Sapphire Smiles.Dr. Dharti THAKER is a very experienced dentist… many years in the Public Health Service has given her skills in supporting a wide variety of people with a wide variety of dental needs. She is incredibly skilled, kind, gentle, caring and professional. I actually enjoy going to the dentist now, knowing that my teeth will be cared for and I don’t need to have any anxiety because Dr. Dharti THAKER will make sure I am comfortable and cared for.I would HIGHLY recommend Sapphire Smiles to anyone who wants to take care of their teeth

I have been to this Dental Care place on 3 occassions now and today really topped it off. From a phone call with Brooke who answered my pre-dental questions courteously to the welcome I got from Dharti who is always so welcoming and friendly everything was excellent. I was there for fillings and I can only applaud their professionalism and result. I was 150% happy and sorry I forgot the chair side lady but she also was great. Thank you so much. I actually enjoy going there which is strange for dentistry. Highly recommended.

Dharti is so professional and very gentle. The clinic is spotlessly clean and has an overall feeling of calm. Honestly the best dental experience I have had in my life. The staff and Dr Dharti are fantastic. I even had my second appointment run ahead of schedule.

I had the most wonderful experience with Dharti and her assistant today at Sapphire Smiles. It is the most positive dentist experience I have ever had. These women instantly put my nerves at ease. They were gentle, calming, kind, professional, skilled and extremely informative. Dharti was thorough in her approach, reviewed my OPG, took photos of my teeth for future comparison, gave specific options as per my request and my clean feels incredible. The clinic space is spotless and calming. The admin staff are extremely accommodating and delightful. I have always been so scared of the Dentist and therefore put off going for far to long.I went into Sapphire Smile on a Monday and was treated by Dr Tim, I didn’t even hesitate to make my next appointment for the Friday, I’ve now had my teeth cleaned and will be going back over the coming weeks for a couple of fillings.I can’t not recommend Dr Tim enough he is ever so gentle and has totally put my fear of the Dentist to rest.
