Take Control Physio Pilates & Performance Clinic

Trish and the team at the Phyiso and Pilates clinic are amazing. I've tried many pilates studios previously, even those run by physiotherapists, and have never found somewhere where the instructor truly understands my physiology and how to tailor the exercises unique to me. I see Mitch for my physio consultations and then he teaches my Thursday afternoon rehab class so you get that continuity of support. The classes only consist of max four people and the studio has lots of specialist equipment including reformer beds. Its been amazing to see how much stronger I've become in only a few weeks of classes. Thanks Take Control!!

High quality Pilates classes from an elite team of Physiotherapists who really take the time to work out what issues your body has and how to achieve your goals. Smaller classes mean that they can tailor make each class to suit the individual needs of each client, and keep an eye on you the whole time to make sure you are doing each exercise correctly, so there is no risk of injury then. I feel stronger and more balanced after each class.

The team are very friendly ,professional , caring and accommodating. I love that my Pilates program is personalised to my injury and other areas that could contribute to my injury, I also like that the classes are small. I love attending Pilates as an extension of my rehabilitation with Take Control. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend this studio. The trainers are highly qualified and keep eye on you through all sessions whether you do te right movements during the exercise. This is really important to me, as doing the exercise wrong is even worse than not doing it at all. I did 10 lessons and can say it definitely helped my core muscles.
