I don’t know the name of the lady who did my hair, but she was so sweet and friendly and knew exactly what I wanted!! All of the ladies working there were absolute angels and just so great with all of their clients! They all had so much fun doing their jobs and it created such a nice, relaxing atmosphere.

I had a lovely experience and a relaxing time. Nicole was my stylist and was very knowledgeable and helped me with my ongoing hair concerns. I'm really happy with my hair now I'll be booking again to come back. Would recommend!

Taylor is the only person I trust with my hair ! I am so incredibly in love with my hair. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was so sweet and kind making sure I was comfortable. I loved her energy just so welcoming and understanding. I can’t wait to go back again!!!!! ❤️

Paid like $400+ to get my hair coloured. I made it clear I wasn’t comfortable with a lot of length being cut off. Ended up cutting a lot and it’s way shorter than I would have wanted it to be (for the length my hair is now the colouring shouldn’t have been that expensive). The colour ended up going brassy instead of a lighter brown so now my day to day hair looks like a ginger poodle. Experience itself was somewhat uncomfortable. They were very rough and uncommunicative and the lady doing my hair changed like 5 times. They were all pretty nice so I can’t fault customer service but overall I hate the results.

Taylor & team did a fab job! I love my new hair which could’ve easily been a hit or miss considering I was changing it up quite a lot. She was great, clear and thorough and made me feel comfortable & great!

I was volunteer for a training half head of foils: Mackenzie took care of my hair. She did great! Big job 5h my hair was a messed. Take confident lovely you are doing well ! Be maybe a bit more friendly/ talkative with your custumer/model. Her manager supervise all the process and she was really kind and patient. Thank you girls !

So disappointed. Blow dry and curls cost me $130. They said our prices have just gone up. Normally costs me $60 as my hair is shoulder length. I had a function so I had no other options but to go ahead with it. Don’t go here. What an absolute joke.

Taylor and Gemma did an excellent job on my hair. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted but Taylor helped me pick a treatment and worked well within my budget to achieve the look I wanted. She was excellent to talk to during the treatment and she eased my nerves about it by explaining each step really well. Gemma did my roots and toning, her and Taylor communicated really well about what I wanted and she did an excellent job with the colour. They gave me multiple opportunities for input and fixed the little things I wasn’t 100% happy with. I am beyond thrilled with the end result and they made my hair better than what I had expected. I hardly ever get my hair done professionally, but Taylor has done such an amazing job that I will definitely be going back in the future.

Staff were friendly and professional in their wash and blow dry of my hair Also honest at beginning how much it would cost Good quality job but expensive .
