Installed new garage door approx 4yrs ago. Started having issues, they came out twice but everytime problem reoccurred within 24-48hrs. They now refuse to come and help out unless we buy a new motor. Really?! If that’s what’s required when only 4yrs old, I’d go elsewhere. For service appointments: its more about their availability than yours. Would not recommend!

Worst experience. They came to fix" the garage door. Spent 45 seconds and left claiming it was fixed. Door wasn't fixed so I called back. They said I had to pay first before they come back again to check what happened and I had to pay for the second visit. Waste of time. What a joke!"

Unfortunately all of the 1 ratings of Delta Warringah are accurate. Seemingly understanding etc. through out the sales process but when it comes to organising anything they are hopeless. Arrange a time for the weekday and the required annual leave taken, but to have them arrive at a different time leaving me having to leave the office and rush back home. To have the person on the phone Joe" deny any wrong doing and hang up. Legends. Unfortunately this is another 1 star for you guys. Enjoy!"

Would not recommend. 18 months old and our garage door was experiencing issues. Called a local garage door company who comfirmed the door had not been installed correctly in the first place. When raised with this company, they advised it was out of warranty and not their problem. Absolute joke.

How does this company survive? So garage door broke, this company had installed many years earlier. Rang explained situation and sent photo. Heard nothing. Rang again next day, she said needed another photo. Sent another also measurements. Another day passes. No contact. So contacted another local company, they are out the next day, quoted on the spot and we paid deposit.

Wouldn’t recommend, very pricey without transparency of costs specifically why a part available online for 16-45 dollars yet they charge 92 dollars for it while also charging 44 dollars for going into the next 3 mins of a 15min labour window. If your going to over charge for parts maybe be more flexible on the 15min labour brackets (which each cost $44 per 15mins). Long story short, a $165 dollar annual service became $400 to replace two cogs which took 18 mins in total...I am in the wrong business if this is considered reasonable. AVOID!

Is the affiliate of the Delta Warringah Garage Doors at Smithfield? My garage door broke down soon after the warranty expired, and they denied any responsibility of their poor built quality. The horrible after sales service was beyond imagination.
