Impeccable pedicure. Phu (spelling? sorry!) was extremely lovely, welcoming, patient, so professional. Did an AMAZING leg and foot massage, nails 10/10 detail - perfect work start to finish. Even massage chairs are comfier than most salons! And the price is better than most too. Definitely recommend

This is my first time visit to Luxury nails at Bracken Ridge. I did Pedicure and Manicure, and her service has been very professional. Lovely lady did an amazing job with Nail polish as well. I highly recommned this place to beautify your nails.

Won’t go anywhere else, these guys are the kindest, and they do such beautiful work. They have a customer for life in me.

I’ve been a long standing client of Phuong’s for about 10 years now and I won’t go anywhere else. She provides quality nails along with great service.While she always does her best to try and accomodate walk ins, Phuong works alone in the salon and naturally she gets very busy, so I always find it’s best to book an appointment ahead of time.

Amazing service, I have been coming to Dung for over 3 years now, she did my wedding nails and has always shown such attention to detail - even when she's flat out with appointments back to back she makes sure each job is done well and properly. Phuong always asks about my health and even with heaps of clients she remembers the things I told her last appointment. Dung works by herself so best to book for the appointment time you want. Congrats to the new owners of Luxury Nails. The place has been given a complete make over with fresh coat of paint, new bench top and nail colours professionally demonstrated and easy to access. It was a pleasure.

I went in asking for an appointment a couple days ago & was completely willing to wait but the lady was extremely rude just yelling that she’s busy right now & didn’t even offer to book me an appointment in the future. This is absolutely disgusting, I work in customer service myself & would never treat someone this way. All the customers in the store overheard her rudeness & I was so embarrassed I left in tears. I treated her with nothing but respect & it’s sad that she couldn’t be a decent human being & treat me with the same respect! My advice would be go ANYWHERE else! No one deserves that!

I had such a great experience here. I was looking for a last min pedicure and she was able to slip me in and even worked past her finish time with no rush to my service. I came back a few days later for a full set of acrylics and after years of trying out new places, this by far has been the best. I’ve never had someone take so much time and detail to ensure my nails were the way I wanted. Every step was done with precision and care. The conversation was great and she is heaps friendly and accommodating. It’s unfortunate that there’s so many bad reviews. She is a hard worker, who works 7 days a week, alone in the salon. I commend her for her care and talent. Will definitely be coming back.

Lovely lady who takes time to give her customers beautiful nails. I have been to a few places and this lady is so much better than those other places. Yes you wait a little but quality is worth the wait. A++++++
