Highly recommend Werner! Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He thoroughly explained the process over the phone for our rodent issue and was able to travel out to us with short notice. Was also very competitive in price. Werner did a brilliant job at inspecting the site, laying down the treatment, then following up a week later to ensure all was working well. So far so good with our unwanted visitors and the 6 month guarantee is great piece of mind. Can't beat the price and professional service! Would definitely use again for any pest issue. Perfect service Gold Coast QldHad the guys come out today.Turned up early, and explained the process of the treatment.In the first 5 mins, I could tell they had attention to detail.They went above and beyond any pest treatment I've had over the last 7 years I've owned my property.All done with smiles and great attuide.Will definitely use regularly and recommend to anyone looking for a pest treatment.Thank you for your outstanding service.

Corey was absolutely amazing.We told him our issue and he went above and beyond to help rectify, and to do so in such a timely, professional, yet friendly manner.He was also extremely knowledgeable and passed along all the info we needed as we needed (even when I messaged after work hours, sorry!).Absolutely amazing human that did an amazing job. 5 stars is not high enough for the way Shaun and Nathan carry out their work. I chose to use them from the recommendations of the reviews and they are exactly as they say they are professional, persistent, good communication, efficient and very personable. Would highly recommend. Definitely would use them again. Wouldn't go elsewhere.Thanks again.

Good communication before and after each treatment.Politely reminded us the safe time frame for pets to return, then going above what i expected, once they had completed the treatment sent a txt message informing us, treatment had been completed with the earliest time our pets and family could return.Only moved furniture & items needed to %100 complete the job.10/10Professional, friendly, price.Would recommend Werner L.

Shaun is very professional and very easy to deal with. He has provided us with ongoing support and services for our rental property for sometime now and I have faith and confidence in his quality of work. I am in Brisbane and unable to meet with him but he has no issues dealing professionally with my tenant to get the job done for us. Something I love because I don't need to worry about it as he keeps me regularly updated and on his schedule.
