Going through here for my studies has been awesome!!

Pet certified engaged our wildlife services for a workshop for students on two occasions. On the first occasion they were very unorganised and took weeks to make payment, despite our clear payment terms which stated invoice was due IMMEDIATELY. We had to constantly follow up for payment, no one ever called or emailed back I had to constantly chase it. On the second occasion we requested the invoice be finalised on the day, we sent it through prior and were assured it was with the manager" for payment. This was not the case and we are now almost two months overdue and still fighting to get this invoice paid. We provided a high quality service and deserve to be paid. The professionalism is lacking here and we are really disappointed. It's people like this that make small businesses like me go OUT OF BUSINESS because of sheer disrespect of our payment terms. If you're asked to provide a service for this business I would highly recommend you don't or you ensure they pay before you arrive."
