LOPE really are second to none when it comes to customer service and quality reformers. Jenny is super friendly, easy to deal with and extremely quick with her communication. Delivery and set up of my reformer was professional and speedy (next day delivery!). I have since ordered more equipment through LOPE and couldn’t be happier with the quality. If you’re thinking about getting a reformer, do it!

Jenny and her team are amazing. Within minutes of ordering the home folding pilates reformer Jenny was on the phone offering to delivery it same day. Jenny was so helpful and Alan delivered and set it up with ease. I couldn’t ask for better customer service and great product at a great price.
