Miraculous!My Mac Powerbook was barely usable when Rob stepped in to help. I wasn't sure what the problem was but it was incredibly slow.Rob quickly checked all the logical potential causes, then the real sleuthing began.Ultimately, Rob figured out the best solution was to keep all my data and replace the rest (many old versions of applications were the most likely remaining culprit - every updated replacement app was free).The result was amazing! My Mac is now current, updated and a joy to use - with no data loss. Whew! It's not easy to trust someone to jettison applications you've carried forward for years and many successive CPUs, but Rob is the guy to trust and the result is definitely worth it.Best of all, Rob is not only on top of what all the latest Apple stuff is, he never makes someone like me who just wants to get things working again, feel dumb.
