Poor and slow communication on a textbook order with 4 week turnaround leaving my son without texts for another 2 weeks. The school is not happy. I wonder if The ceo Peter Kelly knows what’s going on as winc don’t show it. Update: I responded to the message below (3 times) but no response… not serious about helping. Where are my books??!!

Tried to contact to see when my order would be ready, no where on the school form did it state it would take 4 weeks for an order to arrive. Customer service rep named Gideon, was rude an unhelpful. Now my daughter will be starting school without any books, this is the first time we have used this company and will be the last. Looking at others reviews I hope I receive my order. I understand it’s a busy time but surely it doesn’t take that long to pack a few books and deliver 25kms. If you can help it don’t deal with this companyEdit… following on from my earlier review, we received a calculator, text book and red pen.No school books, folders or any other stationary we ordered or that was supposed to be shipped with this order… still awaiting other products on back order also. Never again !!!!!

Ordered the school stuff two weeks ago - arrived the day before school. Very happy. I thought it would take longer because I ordered quite late. They gave us a extra textbook by mistake but I'll return that happily. Very happy with the service and the online ordering system.

I placed an order for school books on 01/01/22. Received a confirmation email, and nothing else. Have emailed twice and been told ‘expect delivery first week of February’. I asked if it had been packed or shipped, and received the same response, no details, just expect delivery first week of February. It’s still not here, we’re entering the 6th week since I placed the order, this company is the worst I’ve ever seen. Do not order from here if you actually want your items. Terrible service, terrible everything.

Hence my school recommended to order with them , i choose winc. i gave one star because i dont have any other option .

I don't like doing this but our experience with Winc, particularly customer service, has been the worst. Our first year with them was fine, no issues. This year is another story. Delivery has been nearly 6 weeks later then it should have been. Tried for a week to get in contact through messenger, email and phone (all to no avail). I was lucky that by Friday I happened to be at home and was on their messenger service and had the time to wait for someone to reply. I do not understand why so many services have such terrible communication and customer service skills when that is what your entire business should be based on.

Absolutely the worst! No customer service! Paid $550 worth of school books more than a month ago and will not receive them on time! Even managers promising to help and call back are a joke ( still waiting for them to call me back ), call waiting times are more than an hour... Centrelink is faster!AVOID AT ALL COST!

Worst customer service experience. Waited 44 minutes only to be hung up on during wait time. They stated prior to pirchase delivery within week then we received email it will take 3 weeks. Failed to pick up request collection and charged us for returns. Officeworks is best.

Terrible company, avoid at all costs! Ordered school books in October to avoid busy back to school period, about 20 emails and calls later I am still yet to receive anything or the refund I requested.
