Staff are very helpful, had an issue with a bag I had purchased and they worked with me to find a solution easily. Sale price on the bag was the best I could find, too. Will come back again when it is time to replace my cabin sized bag

Great customer service from an older lady there today. As busy as it was, she was also efficient with covid check in procedures. Asset to the store and far more engaging then the other young staff.

After ringing around to buy 2 large suitcases, I found the ones I wanted in stock at Strandbags' Penrith store (thanks Richmond store for the advice). When asking about price matching, Chris the sales lady, said warily We do but who with?" I told her it was at Myer.Chris then explained that I would have to go to Myer

We had one of the best retail experiences ever on Saturday. The most attentive, knowledgable, friendly and helpful people we have ever dealt with. Wendy, don't you change. You made a stressful purchase decision so easy. There needs to be more retail staff like you in the world!
