Genuinely the most expensive electrical company I have ever used. Unfortunately we don't have a choice in it. But for a tiny two bedroom apartment where one person is FIFO, another is at their partners place 3 nights of every week, we are paying over $200 a month in electricity.Absolutely crazy. My electricity bills have almost tripled since being forced to use them.

Ridiculous pricing for a 2 bdr apartment and the hot water isn’t even that consistent. It’s awful that we have to use this company. Stay away from this if you don’t want to pay such expensive utility prices!

We were signed up with ERC after unit complex management decided to use them for hot water and gas provision. Since then my total bills have been a lot higher than when I was just using Origin, and the fact that they want a $150 security deposit for the privilege" of their services is petty at best."

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Crazy high readings inconsistent with proper usage of a 2-person household. We're paying $400 per month, what rubbish? Highly dodgy and urge buildings to stop contracting such rubbish provider

The worst electricity company in Australia.Our stupid Body Corporate signed onto these incompetent hooligans for years and we can't break the agreement.They are enormously expensive compared to Origin or someone credible, are impossible to get hold of on the phone (their office hours are actually insane) and they fail to update your details all the time, leading to delays in receiving bills and the like.Further - they issued us an incorrect notice to disconnect" at 4.58pm one day (a letter under our apartment door)

After not being with ERC for nearly two years I received a $2300 dollar bill that required prompt payment. Not only is this bill completely incorrect, I wasn't even able to open or download the PDF due to an error on the website. Instead it lets you download a quickbooks file which I guess is great if you work in accounting and actually have something that can open it? I tried the customer query link on their website to find someone to speak to and the page doesn't even load anything other than the logo.

Being expensive aside, these people have no clue what is happening at all! You could replace the whole office with cane toads and nothing would change at all. The level of incompetency is astonishing. Every bill is incorrect.
