I would definitely recommend Protech if looking for a role in civil infrastructure industry. Its been 2+ years working with Protech in gold coast region and big shoutout to Paul Conroy from the Gold Coast office. He always assisted when required and always makes regular visits to ensure everything is going alright. They truely look after their employees.

I worked 3 1/2 years through Protech but seconded to another business. Like working for any organisation there will always times where things don't always go according to your expectations, however it was their ability to rectify each situation which has made it a favourable experience for me. I would work through them again if the need arose and give them a positive rating.

With Protech for nearly 6 months. They were great! Maree is a total asset to that business. Thank you for giving me the experiences I gained and for sorting any issue i had. Only left due to a job offer so close to home, I couldn't say no.

Very disappointed with how I was treated by this group. I injured myself at work, had had trouble with the injury the whole rehab time but thought it was just a niggle(just something I was going to have to deal with due to the injury) and upon my return to full time work couldn’t handle the workload, was a ankle injury wasn’t walking properly(found that out later) and because of that it caused extreme tightness which strangled my nerve.Protech went hostile from the moment I reported it, said I said I had a hip injury, when all I told them was that my leg was tight all the way up to my hip. They have offered me nothing in the regards to helping me find new employment, a year on I’m still unable to do physical roles, am still having trouble with the ankle and still haven’t found any work due to inexperience in the industries I now find myself having to apply.Their poor attitude towards helping their employees has literally ruined my life the pst 8-9 months and has caused my mental health so much strain.In saying this while working I never had a problem with the staff, it wasn’t until I had to deal with people from the injury management department.I’ve gave them 2 stars cause they were alright while working for them.
