I have spent a fortune at this store over the last 7 years. I generally click and collect. Today I did exactly as I have done for last 3 years at least - placed my click and collect order, waited for notification it was ready and then attended the store at the end of the registers under the online orders" sign which is clearly distinct from non-online queue.I waited behind 2 other gentleman but noticed we were pretty much being ignored by the young woman serving closest. 15mins past so I asked her if she would attend to our online click and collect orders only to be told to "No" you need to join the back of the main queue. Myself and a friend attended the store this morning, upon arrival we were met by a friendly lady named Izzy.We informed her, we were looking to purchase a laptop and gave her an idea of what we were looking for..She provided exceptional and professional service and helped us choose the ideal laptop.Couldn’t thank her enough for her pleasant and professional service.

Purchased a new laptop for workThere was a good range with good prices due to a sale. Found the sales person to be trying to rush my decision and not allowing time to try the devices. Luckily I was able to choose a good computer.It was found that the same complete was advertised at another store at a cheaper price. There is a little bit of a process but the manager allowed me to price match so I got my laptop at the cheaper price. Overall a good experience

I needed to replace a lost phone recently and experienced the absolutely finest customer service from the Narellan team. They were very patient despite experiencing difficulties with the telco software. Couldn't have wished for better service. They deserve well in excess of 5 stars for their huge effort in resolving the obstacles that presented. A special thank you to Bella whose efforts were exceptional.

It's hit and miss this store. Some times you go in and get served straight away, other times you have to stand around waiving your hands to try and get the attention of a staff member.Either way, the store is good and will have the things you need.

Extremely knowledgable, has an understanding of the significance of the things they sell, and provides recommendations regarding which products should be purchased.Their service, up to this point, has left a really favourable impression on me ❤️

Jb-hi is cool... I'm not keen on employees not wearing uniforms.. staff can be hard to spot. But the store sells some good stuff.

The staff here are always helpful and friendly and can always help me find what I'm looking for (which is important after their recent remodel). The store is always clean and tidy. I've had to make returns to this store and it has always been hassle free.
