Conveniently located for me but the price changes are ridiculous week to week..1 week coffee sachets are $3.50 the next week they are $7.60 and the week after that they are half price at $3.80.. this isn't the only item the prices change weekly ..if you buy a product alot you know what's wrong with this and there is no justification for this..I took a survey 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on a call back. They also only have 1 check out open at a time which is a disgrace..not everyone likes the self serve..stop being lazy and open more check outs.

I've had a really terrible experience here today. The manager, the guy with dreadlocks, spoke to me so aggressively and rude today when I had queried a refund for a faulty product. I was shocked by his attitude and disgusted at how he spoke.

Always an issue when going to the store, once the guy behind the counter told me they cant sell me a 5kg box of frozen basa because it's not weighed??? Today they put the slowest cashier ever on ONE register trying to force everyone through the self serve checkouts, staff openly swear around customers and the service is with no happiness whatsoever.

The skinny lady with tattoos at the customer service desk is horrible. I wonder how come these people getting a job of serving customers.No single idea of showing customer service at the bottom line of respect, what a shame!!!I know my comment will not be taken in consideration, but would like to share my bad experience☹☹☹What sort of managers are there, I wonder?

Rang up the store and was answered by staff called hash, he went above and beyond to find what we were looking for and we would like to praise him for his efforts and good attitude. Looked after us very well even though it was a tough ask from us with a short notice. Well done hash!

I asked a staff member where I could find the brand of herbs I was after and said that I wanted to make a savory mince in a new slow cooker I've recently bought.Priscilla was kind enough to show me where they were and suggested other items that would the enhance the flavour.Very pleased with the helpful service from Priscilla as my cooking experience turned out great. Thank you Woolworths Underwood.

I don't know what happened in the past year but this Woolies has really gone downhill. The deli section smells of rotting fish, which wouldn't be too big a deal, except the staff hate customers, so you have to stand in the stink for five minutes while the surly woman behind the counter ignores you. It's not restricted to the deli section either - you will be treated like trash by the staff no matter where in the store you are. You can, in a friendly manner, ask a staff member to step out of your way so you can get past, and they will look you right in the eyes and go back to stocking shelves. Go to the Springwood Woolies instead - it's five minutes away and the parking is currently a nightmare, but at least you won't be treated like a leper.

Woolworths Underwood (Kuraby)
A good branch with what looks like a competent management team and staff. The same Woolies standard seems to be upheld across all sections of the store. The staff are helpful and friendly. I always look at the clearance section and tables for possible bargins.
