An absolute massive shout out to Digga and in particular Fraser in parts and Alan in service/warranty for the unbelievable service provided when recently ordering my replacement chain for my trencher. Alan always provides an extremely high level of service and referred me to parts on this occasion. Fraser was the man I spoke to and within minutes of the first enquiry I had a quote emailed to me as requested, called him to confirm I wanted to proceed and less than 3 days later I have the new chain in my shed ready for installation.
