Gym and Tonic Movement
We have working out with Shea for a few months now and have found the experience great. Being a non active and anti gym type person, Shea has encouraged us to do more each time, but balanced it with our limitations and poor fitness levels.We have gone from a single to two sessions a week this week, as we now 'recover' enough to manage a second session after work.The teenagers have even started coming along, and enjoyed the variety and experience.

Couldn't ask for a better women's bootcamp to be involved with. The professionalism and knowledge that Shea provides is second to none. The environment that has been created is motivating and positive. For me bootcamp has helped boost my confidence and give me a better relationship with exercise. The community of women are fantastic with everyone just willing to give it a go and everyone wants to see each other succeed.

I love training with Gym & Tonic Movement. Shea has not only made me feel very welcome and comfortable but also gives me a push when she knows I need it and can work harder. Shea will go out of her way to help you with any questions or queries and make sure you are comfortable if you have any injuries! There is lots of variety in the sessions, she’s will always switch it up. Training with Gym & Tonic Movement is like my second family!

Gym and Tonic Movement
Shea has given me the confidence to exercise again after having a baby. I found a lot of PTs had no knowledge of how to exercise postpartum and I would be so frustrated and scared that I was going to hurt myself and have worse abdominal separation. Shea particularly pays attention to pelvic floor and abdominal workouts that are especially tailored to women postpartum. Her workouts are great for people of all fitness levels. I also like that you can bring your babies and kids to the sessions! Something I would find frustrating with gyms that had kids clubs, had no knowledge of training you postpartum. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, I highly recommend Gym and Tonic Movement.

Gym and Tonic Movement
I started training with Shea on maternity leave and I’m so glad I found her bootcamps. It got me out of the house and it was great to find a way to exercise with my baby. Now I’m back at work I’m still going and Shea’s workouts are fun and challenging. She has created a wonderful community of people who get together to work-out and occasionally socialise in Springfield Lakes. If you’re local you should definitely give her bootcamps or PT a try.

As a New mum to the area, it’s hard to make friends let alone wanting to exercise with kids & finding a place with a crèche that you feelComfortable leaving your babies/kids in. Shea’s bootcamps provide a safe space for us new mums, toddler mums, older mums, fur baby mums! It’s outdoors, right near orion shops. I’ve not only met an awesome bunch of women I have found that exercising is a bonus I love it! I’ve lost weight & toned which is what I wanted still on my journey. Shea is knowledgeable & conducts the class well! She’s especially great with prenatal & postnatal, pelvic flooring all the fun woman things. Thanks shea for creating a space for us women/mums to enjoy all the things you make us do haha we whinge while doing it but we secretly love all the exercising great for the mind & soul.

Gym and Tonic Movement
After having my second baby I returned back to Gym and tonic when bubs was 2 months old, the classes are so convenient to take bubs and my toddler along to giving us all some fresh air. Each class is different and all the ladys are so friendly. Shea is a great trainer ,making each class different and fun.I cannot reccomend G&T enough!

Amazing classes/workouts. Shea is very knowledgable, approachable, and will guide you to become the fittest version of yourself. All the ladies in her classes are so much fun, down to earth, and going through the same workouts together makes it an easier ride! Want to feel amazing after a fitness session? COME TO GYM & TONIC CLASSES!!!!!

I go to classes 3 times a week with my bubba. Absolutely amazing trainers, Shea and Sasha make sure you feel comfortable and have great workouts planned every time, and if you have any injuries or have a fresh baby, they will tailor the workouts to you, to maximise recovery or just work on parts of your body that need to be focused on. The women's only boot camp is great. You need to stop and feed bubs? Great, do it! Nappy change? Done! Nothing is a problem! The ladies that I work out with are all lovely too! The other upside is the ladies nights and events! Such a social, fun way to get that exercise and fun into your week!
