Cannot thank Karen Jensen enough for her same day written response to a question I had concerning my property. This was a favour to me with no personal gain at all for Karen however I knew Karen to be an efficient honest person in previous dealings when she sold a property for me at well over the asking price and went out of her way at that time too. If you want a good reliable real estate agent, Karen Jensen of Jenson Property is the one.

Recently had a property inspection with the company. The agent was on time and prepared. She didn't rush us or make us feel awkward as we viewed but was there waiting to give us information and talk when needed. A very positive experience!

I’ve been dealing with Gavin, Karen and the team from Jensen Property for over 10 years now and always found them diligent and professional to deal with. They have sold properties and managed rentals for me and have always gone the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. I have no reservations in strongly recommending them.

Customer service was shocking and their communication was lacking. An absolute lack of professionalism with this real estate agent....and that is dealing with one of the principals! Our house was sold off-market and all seemed to be going well until we found out the buyer did not pay the deposit - we only found this out 1 week before the property was due to settle, however the real estate agent and principal assured us all was going well and the buyer was still on track to settle. It was only after insisting on an update, we found out the agent was not able to reach the buyer, who had seemingly disappeared along with the our sale.......given we had committed to purchasing a new property, Jenson Real Estate were able to secure another deal quickly, however told the buyer of the previous sales price leaving no room for negotiation.Due to the delays in their lack of follow-up and doing the real estate agent functions, we have incurred more costs than the commission. Absolutely terrible experience.

I have been dealing with Will from Jenson Property for a number of months now, and I am very impressed with his professionalism and pro-activeness in managing our body corporate and sorting the number of outstanding maintenance, repairs and upgrades to our apartment block. Keep up the good work Will

It has been a pleasure dealing with Will from Jenson Property since he came on board for the body corporate, Will is very professional and very prompt on getting stuff done on the property and things are getting done now on our townhouse property. Keep up the good work Will

Jensen Property managed our property for over 2 years. During this time we experienced endless issues with invoices being incorrect or simply not issued. As a result of this, they ran out of funds and allowed the building insurance to lapse.They also didn't maintain the property well and then when we switched body corporate managers, they told the new managers that they didn't have any funds to transfer for our property and were also unable to locate any minutes/ records from the previous meetings held. The new managers said the body corporate records were the worst they had ever seen.

No real problems before. Staff always friendly, but waiting here now for the last 45 minutes and no one is in the office. Luckily there's a great cafe next door. Everyone needs and deserves a lunch break.

Recently starting renting through Jensen Property. Once I was successful in locking down a rental property was guided through the process with clear communication. They were kind enough to stay open past there business hours so I was able to collect the keys. Had a few initial discrepancies that were rectified quickly. Jensen Property treated them with urgency, professionalism and I felt valued as a tenant. Very thankful and happy to be renting through Jensen Property :)

Managed our body corporate. Totally incompetent and negligent. Did not deliver on any of the requirements of a body corp - didnt hold annual meetings, didnt provide details of the finances, didnt respond to requests for information. When I finally managed to get bank records out of them they were a total mess with mistakes everywhere and we still do not know what is correct and incorrect. They renewed our property insurance for the wrong amount putting owners at considerable risk and took months to resolve the problem. After a continual change in body corporate managers, I raised concerns with the Karen Jensen who also did not put steps in place to resolve the problems. We are in process of extracating ourselves and considering legal action if they do not provide ordered finances. Possibly my worst customer experience ever, do not go near them
