Very disappointed as my 5+ years daughter's haircut has turned out to be disaster on 22/01/23.Seriously she needs to go back to training school to learn the basic. She was simultaneously listening to other customer's complaint and at the same trimming my daughters hairIt took her less than 10 mins to cut my daughter's hair whereas the other ladies used to take more than more than 10 mins in order to do same style of hair trimming. I've been a regular customer for than 2 years and never had any bad experience with other two ladies whom I don't remember the names but I know them very well. I have noticed the way she has cut my daughters hair is totally different from other two ladies. They used to even" the hair on the forehead and trim but she just did at the back only Seriously I just feel like yelling at her.You need to be attention to detail and if you are NOT experienced with small kids then just DONT do it. I clearly told you that I'm going overseas and the school is opening in 2 weeks so do a good hair cut.Also stop defending yourself that daughter was moving her head. She was continuosly watching youtube on my phone.I want the owner to contact me to discuss this further as this is not acceptable. She said she can trim more to make it look better but then I decided not to as she's going to ruin it more.."

This one inside Merrylands stocklands shops, went for my daughters haircut. That was pathetic! They have to get people trained how to cut hair & be more friendly. The hair is not evenly cut. Waited for 30mins.I have to go to a different salon to get it fixed, as it was very ugly.

An hour and a half for a simple wash and blow dry with some bounce and then get home after 5 minutes for it to be flat with only small waves. Won’t be seeing me there anymore.

The two girls working today absolutely saved my hair from a bleach disaster from another location. They definitely know how to work with blonde hair & made me feel pretty again. Also fantastic customer service.

I was recently at the solan and I was being treated very poorly and had been manipulated in-front of many other clients, how it went was that I entered 30 minutes late to my appointment due to traffic and what I was told by them that they apparently had “called” me (which they didn’t) so they came to a conclusion to cancel my appointment, not only am I upset from my cancellation but I am very upset because of the way I was poorly treated by a group of staff members, they were very sarcastically speaking and one staff spoke in a extremely angry mood and voice. She kept on looking away from me and telling me that I should leave and go to another shop because they had “no appointments available” for me (mind you it was 12pm), she then spoke in a way where everyone was staring from how shockingly I was spoken to.Thanks. I had really super dry hair and Aisha had really done an amazing job with it and recovered it and made it feel really silky, also taught me how to treat my hair and look after it! I will definiteky be coming back! The customer service was amazing and they were all so friendly and nice!

my hair is ruined beyond repair. I told them exactly how many times I coloured my hair professionally before and then stopped for a year due to lock downs and wanting to refresh my look.there was no test patch done before beginning so I would knew what the results.I asked for a balayage and the girl gave me ombre with applying bleach to 4 giant sections with no blending at all. the results were patchy and due to previous colouring the bleach results were horrible (which if i had seen before in test strand i would not have continued with). They were kind enough to acknowledge and give me a free tonning session and some blending foils but it still does not look like balayage at all and now other hairdressers are quoting me upto $1000 to colour correct this mess. I feel so embarrassed leaving my hair open anymore as its 4 different shades.I dont have problem with the staff or anything just that my hair is ruined, and they charged me a fortune to begin with. but now i have to keep on paying other people to fix try to have some decent hair.

They damaged my hair and made it frizzy, I don't recommend this place for curly hairs.

If there was more stars I'd give them! I was greeted by friendly faces and in the 3 hours I was having my hair done I never once felt like I was being left unattended. The service was brilliant and these hairdressers know exactly what they are doing and what they are talking about. Special mention to Aisha who turned my hair from a nasty straw looking nightmare to a lovely soft and shiny head of hair (she's a miracle worker) and also to the salon owner who made sure I was happy with the service I received. I was offered coffee and refreshments and the salon was pleasant and clean. Best salon experience I've had in a long while and was surprised to find the price was fair compared to other salons of this standard. The product range was awesome aswell with everything I needed in stock. Will definitely be back !
