Absolutely the most expensive car service I have ever seen and charged hundreds for a job that didn't even get fixed, also ignored a job that I had asked for. Finally received a quote for repairs after waiting over 2 weeks for that was more expensive then the entire car and didn't include repairs that I was needing and asking for. Would never pay so much money for my car to be returned completely unfixed and then given attitude when following it up. Very disappointing.

What a terrible experience. After weeks of being stranded, having them tell us the issue is everything from the fuel tank to the battery to the starter motor to glow plugs and finally injectors!!! Thousands of dollars later we were told our vehicle was fixed only to break down further up the road.

Absolutely fantastic service! We had a check engine light pop up on the way back to Kadina in our i30. We were heading to Victoria the next day so I called and they let me bring the car in that day . They diagnosed the issue and lucky for us it wasn’t anything serious. We can now head back with peace of mind.A very big Thank You to all the staff!

Had a problem with my cars central locking. Mechanic I dealt with was rude and diagnosed the problem incorrectly, costing nearly $400 to not resolve the issue and didn't take any responsibility, despite telling me that the problem is definitely the actuator" only the week prior. This occurred in 2014 and I have not returned since

Had our car in for 3 weeks trying to diagnose a fuel problem. Replaced everything from the fuel tank to the injectors. Car went fine for 2 days and suffered exactly the same problems only $4000 later. Shame on these guys for calling themselves mechanics, absolutely disgraceful.

Vehicle was taken to these mechanics" who after 3 weeks and thousands of dollars left their customer stranded and wiping their hands of the problem stating the car was repaired. After the exact same problem appeared 1 week later the vehicle is now on a tow truck back to a qualified and competent mechanic."
