I hired a machine, had an issue and they had a repairer out quickly to fix so little downtime. They do prioritise the long term hires over short private jobs though which I never found in the past.

Had the equipment ready the day I wanted it. Great customer service and easy to return. They also helped get the equipment in the car! Would definitely go back! There is plenty of parking and no waiting.
