I was very happy with the service I received on Monday at Offe Jewellers, Mt Barker. I was looking at an item but had to wait on friends responses as it was a joint gift. The lovely sales person suggested I put it on hold. 15 minutes later I was back in there, happy with the knowledge that the item had been held.

The team at Offe Jewellers were amazing. Went in to get my engagement ring fix and while I was there the staff assisted with creating And designing 2 other rings.The team kept me up to date with the process of creating my rings and were all friendly when I went in to make payments.Collect my rings today and the team have done an amazing job of creating and designing my rings. I couldn’t be happier!

I went to Offe today to look for something suitable for a particular occasion. Several great suggestions were made and I chose the one I thought best for the recipient of the jewellery. Not only am I very pleased with the purchase, the service was outstanding. We engaged in general chat exploring what would be suitable. Also, I was approached within minutes of entering the shop. The service and product knowledge is extremely good and I thank Offe MB for their consistency in great customer service. The fact it’s my ‘go to’ shop speaks for itself. Thank you. Annie.

I have been shopping with Offe for years now, they are always so helpful, they helped me design my now wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring and they are both amazing! Top notch quality, always willing to help and do their best to help no matter what the request. I would highly recommend them no matter what the occasion your shopping for!

I bought a bracelet from Offe back in January. Within a month of wearing it it broke.I returned it to Offe and was told they will send it off and either repair or replacement, and that they would let me know when it's ready for collection - about 3 weeks.I got the text message to let me know my jewelry was ready for collection.I went in today to pick it up to be told that because we bought it on sale I now need to pay the difference?!It was never communicated to me that there would/could be a difference to pay on collection. I was under the understanding that it was going off on warranty will be fixed. It was never communicated to me that there'd be any excess to pay otherwise I would have just got a refund/store credit for the item. I am not confident that the second bracelet won't break in the same way, so why on earth would I want to pay MORE for the same thing??Not impressed with a store credit but better than paying extra for something I'm not 100% convinced won't break again I suppose.This was my first time buying anything from Offe Jewellers, and I can say it certainly will be the last.

Absolutely breathtaking!Offe were so great to work with. Ellie was on the same page from the beginning and helped guide me through start to finish. She knew I was anxious and was really supportive.I had two sentimental rings that I wanted to turn into my engagement ring. I was really nervous but after picking up my masterpiece today, I didn’t need to be!Damien and his team delivered and I couldn’t be happier!Highly recommend Offe Jewellers!

Jeweller was exceptionally professional in his approach to the resizing and reset.Full explanations of the whole process were explained.Would highly recommended this business for both purchase and alterations. Quick service and polite knowledgeable staff.

I had a bracelet that needed a minor repair. I took it in and was seen to immediately, was given an affordable quote and agreed to have it repaired. One week later I received a text message to pick up my repaired bracelet. To my surprise they had also cleaned and polished my bracelet. Thank you.

Staff are friendly enough however the services are insanely overpriced. I was quoted $80 to change a G Shock watch's batteries. I was told it was $20 per battery and G Shocks have two, then because they are a complex" watch to get into (the staff gestured to the 4 screws on the back) that was an additional charge of $20 per battery
