What a treat to have our very own 'fountain of youth' therapy right here in Warrnambool which is home to this natural phenomenon. This is the actual historic site of the original baths/hot springs. Staff are very warm & accommodating. Iced coffees in the Cafe are a must too!! AAA*****

Best place to get out of the chilly Warrnambool weather...We managed to get a last-minute booking for a private bath house for 1 hour, well worth the extra $ compared to the general public bathing, glad we booked 1 hr as this was the perfect length of time.Unfortunately there were no massage therapists on duty.

Love this place. We're from Sydney and as part of our roadtrip to Uluru and Adelaide we made sure to include Warnambool as one of our stops just so we could spend time here. This is such a relaxing place to be able to spend time at. Each pool has different features and water temperatures so as you are never bored but extremely relaxed. Highly recommend visiting. We have ben back twice now and will definitely visit again.

The one thing I really like after staying in many hotels and motels for work. Is having reception greet you with a big smile. This is exactly what I got when I walked in, very happy to help and made me feel welcomed. I have seen a lot of other reviews knit picking silly things and think they are being quite over zealous for how reasonably priced this hotel is and the service you get. Overall I have to say room was clean and tidy, and felt very relaxed also the rooms sound proofing is great compared to other places I have stayed. I would recommend 10/10 and to actually read what is included and when restaurant is open as it is all readily available information. As alot of the negative reviews seem to come from people that are not capable of reading into places they stay.

It is a very beautiful hot spring with a variety of pools. Each pool has a different temperature and you can enjoy cold water in two different sizes of the pool too. It is a small spa but still takes at least 3 hours to try each pool. I tried it in the morning and at night. Both were great experiences.

Terrible customer service, we travel down from Melbourne to try out this hotspring.We arrived late for our appointment and was told that there is a slot for the next session, the staff requested us to pay again if we wanted to change our session to the next session.Understanding that it’s my fault for arriving late, but absolutely no empathy was shown for us melbourians that travelled 4hours to get to here. At least show some empathy and ‘try’ instead of being arrogant. To the male staff, I hope you learn some general customer service skills.With a combination of horrible customer service and limited pools to choose from, I suggest going to peninsula hot-springs instead.Regards,John

Night session spa was really nice! Good location. Spa gets 10/10. Customer service fell short unfortunately. Attitude was a bit uptight and not very flexible so 5/10 for that.
