We went for some struts.. they didn't have any in store but I'm giving 5 stars because of the excellent service from Tilbe .. great products knowledge.

Knowledgeable staff and the free oil recycling service is great.

The staff there wanted me to wait minimum for an hour to get my car wipers fitted , they must close the business down if a Customer need to wait for an hour for a 2 minute job . I ended up doing it myself but would rather prefer a Professional install.

Good choice of products related to the care and upkeep of cars. The customer service was helpful and the whole shopping experience was satisfactory. Easy parking as part of Broadmeadows Shopping Centre.

Service desk was great, I supplied my car registration number and straight away, I was supplied with the right oil and filter, no time wasted.

i purchase engine oil 10w40 for my car, i found one sitting in a black tub, the side i was walking in did not show any thing, that why these are lying there, sometime return goods are also placed in tub. I picked up one and went to cashier to pay, she scanned and charged me for that, when i was changing the oil i found it is used and recycled. My point is when no stock is available, how the cashier sell me recycle oil, which has harmed my car, i walked in store to return and discuss and i was told, manager will be in store after 1 pm come back again.why should i suffer for the mistake of the staff, and other staff in store did not help me only i have to manage again to see mighty manager to help.Be careful and do not follow staff for purchasing any thing, check date and seal of the stock.

I have no experience with cars but Sylvia was so helpful in my purchase of a coolant for my car today at the Broadmeadows store. We need more customer service like that everywhere.Thanks Sylvia for your help today. I really did appreciate it.

Myself I find the staff Friendly and very helpfull

They did help customers to get their items sorted out and put into the trolley. They helped me put the storage box on the top of my car. Bargains exist when they have specials on sale. If they can source more items other than mainland China, it would have been much better off for us all.
