Had a very good meeting there today!Staff were exceptional and provided professional support and advice.I look forward to the development opportunities ahead.

Townsville was a lovely place to visit but unfortunately the public transport was very bad .For older people like us visiting from the other end of the country we rely on public transport as we are unable to walk too far. We stayed on the Strand and we felt as though we missed a lot on offer as we were unable to access a lot of things. A taxi was the only way we could get to the CBD and even to the Ferry Terminal, which makes it an expensive holiday.The public transport (or lack thereof) around the strand is really a disgraceful and extremely disappointing from the view of a tourist. I would really urge the council to push for some form of transport around the Strand and Tourist areas.
