Hi there I bought a ring from this Gem shop only 3 months ago and already my gemstone fell out of its clasps - I see how I'd be hard to prove I didn't just take it out but I genuinely didn't....I'm saddened as I love this little ring - maybe note to gem shop jeweller to tighten clasps a bit tighter - thanks Sonua
