ABSOE Business Equipment

Things must be two good as this is the worse service I have encountered. Don’t call back or respond to emails and when you do get through asked and what email did you sent it too !!! With total attitude !!! FFS it’s the one on your website !!! obviously not worried about sales ,so took my business elsewhere and at least I got customer service and saved a few dollars so that’s why I gave them 1 starNever again will I waste my time with this mod and from previous posts seems others have had same issues

While the store was great, delivery on the other hand was abbismal. Ok, while we expected only one person to deliver, some one who could actually move the furniture purchased would have been good. Not only could he not bring furniture up stairs, but slid it all around the truck on its tops, damaging the surfaces. No padding was placed between furniture to prevent damage. Ok, I bought used furniture, but I expected it to be delivered in the same condition I purchased it in. Tried to contact the store but was cut off.

Appalling and downright rude customer service. We entered the store and no one greeted us... nothing but stares from the staff and made us feel like we weren't welcome. We asked a salesperson if we could ask some questions about stock. His reply was well

We have being buying from Absoe for over 30 years - When they were located in West End all the sales assistants were incredibly helpful - offering to help me locate items and carry purchases to the car. They are now located in Yeerongpilly and thank God Jodie is there to assist. I have never before witnessed such a collection of lazy men. These guys do nothing - seriously. I have been in a number of times now and laugh at just how comical the situation is. I'm seriously surprised if these men look up and make eye contact. Jodie is helpful and offers to assist while these lazy men do little else but breathe (and snack it would seem).Do some work and find some manners - offer to assist your customers - you are getting paid to do a job - do something!God knows how that poor woman works with these LAZY lumps!

Equipment of high standard.Ordering online is a disaster especially the duration of delivery and the office seems to be a shambles because the tracking nr of your consignment cannot be found or 'it is in the back but they are busy'. I would never order online through this company ever again. My consignment was ordered on the 23th of March and it was delivered to the wrong person. Not too much effort is done to solve the problem, the tracking nr I received was wrong. Probably the most frustrating online experience. Sorry guys

I dropped in and got a secondhand desk hutch exactly as I’d described in 5 mins flat. It wouldn’t fit in my car so the guy out back disassembled it for me in the most thoughtful way possible (which turned out to be a really fiddley task) and went the extra mile giving me instructions to put it back together. He refused to take a tip. Thanks so much.

Dealt with ABSOE for work - Brendan was very helpful, and was absolutely amazing to order from. I was ordering from 400km from Brisbane - everything was done with email, and Brendan made it easy, and the response time between emails was fantastic. Couldn't speak more highly of this business. I will definitely be using them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Waste of time. Went there in the hope to get a good quality ergonomic computer chair. Three staff sitting at the computers at the front desk; no one acknowledged me when I walked in. Spent 5 minutes looking at chairs with no help offered. Left a few minutes later (again, no acknowledgement).

Unfortunately had a bad experience. Communication and returning of calls and emails extremely poor. They also didn’t respond to our initial online enquiry. After a month of poor communication and a failed delivery they wanted to charge to re-deliver. Refund process was quick and easy.
