I had no problem with the efficiency of pulling up right off the road and fuelling up quickly with easy access to the service desk. This was all great. The reason I have given such a low rating is because this evening when I went to pay the eftpos machines were not working, in which I was told to go to the ATM, which charged me an extra $2.50. Having left the service station I realised the man at the counter could have gotten me to pay through the fuel app, in which there would have been no extra cost. He was a bit rude in the way he told me that there was nothing he could do about me having to use the ATM and that the extra fee was totally unrelated. Well, if he hadn't realised, most people don't carry cash in their wallets these days. It's 2018!

The night guy is rude and can barely communicate without speaking over you and not listening at all. I didn't even have an issue with him but he seemed to think I did. He literally had no understanding of how to communicate properly. Won't be going back, I'll go down the road. Cancel UberEats orders constantly and abused me when I was completely understanding of them being out of stock on a product. So weird.

Love this BPThe staff here are excellent ! They are friendly, helpful and always polite. Emma makes the best coffee, so much better that many of the coffee shops around the area and in the city.I would rate her 5 stars on her coffee and I have been coming here for the past 4 years and its always perfect.

Female staff member working on New Year’s Day was really rude. I asked if I could place a few items on the side counter so I could add more to purchase and she rolled her eyes at me. Carry bag literally thrown at me to park myself. I am new to the area and live right next door, but will happily travel to another servo to avoid rudeness in future.

Multiple uber eats drivers arriving at this store to pick up my order. It seems wild bean BP" cannot complete the order but instead of cancelling it they just waste everybody's time and money."

12/12/22 visit for a coffee and something to eat.Coffee was awesome, the cookie was so good and the service was friendly.Would return.

It a service station - usually friendly staff - yes they are busy but it's a popular location - good range of refrigerated meals & and good coffee

The lady who just served me (mexican/spanish background) today (14th december 12:10 pm) was so rude. I come here everyday for the fuel and retail as I live near by. I was waiting in the que with the guy who was serving, she came out of no where and asked “are you here for the cigarette?” First why would she assumed that? and secondly, she got upset and sarcastic because I did not understand what she was saying. When I said no she walked away and again was sarcastic to call me in the second till. How would I know I am supposed to go to second till if she just walked away without saying anything. She needs to learn a-bit about customer service.
