Went out of their way to help my husband with a rego change over. We dealt with Jay and he was excellent. The rest of the staff all looked friendly and had smiles on their faces.

What a team! Splendid service from all the team, from the young guy at the front to the ladies at the counters. I went to do my WWCC and they helped me out printing the papers and quickly got it done. Definitely deserve recognition by the Service NSW Corp.

Following the death of my brother I followed the advice from Bega Service NSW regarding distributing his car to his friend in Berridale as per his will. Each time my friend attended, with a copy of the will and the rego papers, he was treated poorly and staff refused to transfer the car. As executor, I've now had to transfer the car into my name and pay a fee so that I can give the car to the beneficiary, who is also going to have to pay a fee for transfer. Bega office tells me that this is not right, that the beneficiary of the will shouldn't have to pay anything but Cooma has made the process so difficult, we chose this course of action to try and get the job done without any more drama.

Appreciate the competent, helpful and friendly service experienced on every visit. The team members go the extra mile" in sorting out matters. Great to have a modern "one stop shop"bbn in a central location. Rarely have to wait long for service. The Team in the Cooma Office deserve recognition by Service NSW Corporate."

Greatest service I have ever had. Staff were friendly and efficient. Evan is an absolute champ. 10/10 would pay rego again.

The team are exceptionally professional. They identify issues for the clients and make a huge effort to rectify the situation.

Was served by a lovely young man, believe his name was Jay. He was very helpful and I was in and out straight away.

Had to change my license from qld to nsw in 2020 and had my license information entered incorrectly. Then was told to correct the issue i would have to go to travel back to a qld tmr myself and request my driving record.After doing so i was able to be put on my opens although none of my details were correctly updated now resulting in troubles in upgrading my license to a hr license

Very helpful, buisness done relatively quickly.Walked away feeling a bit wierd tho.There was a lot of discussion regarding the all male staff on that day, by the staff.Being the only female customer in the place, a bit skin crawley. Not too sure what all that was about. Seemed a bit sexist and out of place in 2019.
