The Service at Sydney tax solution was revolting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not recommend Sydney Tax Solutions!!!Customer service is extremely poorRosie from STS has no customer service skills, she delayed my tax return lodgement by an entire 10 months!!!!She increased the price on me 3 times without any explanation and did not make time to see me or even attempt to help me and as soon as I had enough and asked for my documents to go else where she started yelling and abusing me with inappropriate wordsA few family members and friends dealt with Rosie at some point for there tax return and all of them have left for the exact reason!!Strongly recommend to stay away!!!!!!

I done my tax return with Rosie & Alan at Sydney Tax Solutions and the service was excellent. After being late Rosie still managed to Finish it before the Due date and I would Highly recommend Sydney tax solutions.

Very bad customer service....I send email, with no any response back to me..And when calling, they just put on hold and disconnected after along waiting...I'm not recommended, they are unresponsive..
