Saw Dr Crook for a number of different medical issues now. He always listens properly, treats you well and explains the clinical needs well. The receptionists are lovely and the centre itself is clean, bright and modern.

Coastal Health Medical Centre - The Entrance
Recently presented to this practice doubled over suffering severe pain after a sudden fall. As we approached the receptionist she rudely stated that there wasn’t any doctor available to see me and then ignored us. Fortunately another patient suggested we visited Wyong hospital emergency and gave us directions. Thank goodness Wyong hospital staff were not so dismissive and treated my dislocated shoulder and broken arm sympathetically. I certainly did not expect doctors at your clinic to treat my injuries but was unsure if I needed to go to hospital, a little care and concern would not go astray in your clinic.

I came in the morning with my 4 year old son who had ear pain for the whole night. Since we are not from The Entrance I politely asked receptionist could we see a doctor just to check on his ear and get prescriprion for ear drops. She refused to ask the doctor for JUST TWO MINUTES appointment even when I repeated that it is for 4 year old child who is in pain and we can not see our regular doctor in Sydney. The centre was empty! Such a shame to send us out!!!

My family registered with this practice after moving to the CC from Sydney 18 months ago. I could not be more impressed. The reception staff are lovely, always friendly and helpful.Our GP, Dr Richard Morrow, is wonderful. He takes time to listen, is very thorough and genuinely cares. I’m very thankful that our healthcare needs are so well catered for at Coastal Health.

All staff at this practice are friendly, caring and always willing to go above and beyond for their patients. The receptionists always greet you with a smile and nothing is a bother for them. If you are feeling up to it, they are great for a quick chat and a laugh as well. The doctors I see are fantastic, compassionate, caring and just all round nice. The practice is clean and tidy. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Like a good number of Central Coast residents, we were recommended MM as being ONE of the BEST on the Coast and have been attending the Centre for some 8 years. That recommendation was 100% correct. From entry to leaving friendly professionalism reigns! This has never waivered. Even through wretched COVID MM was organised, efficient, and friendly re vaccinations! Never thought the large carpark would come in so handy!!!!

My wife and I actually enjoy our doctor's appointments at Coastal Health Medical Centre because of the friendly, professional staff and especially our personal physician Dr. Manish Kumar! He's always thorough, respectful, professional and yet he makes us feel as if we are part of his personal family! We feel so lucky to have found Coastal Health and Dr. Kumar!
