I went for parts, not a lecture and then still didn't get the correct parts needed. I ended up cross threading the new part sold to me because as I suspected both sides had damaged threads despite what the so called expert" said. I was so put off I went to the Erina branch who were the polar opposite and sold me the correct parts (both sides) with a great attitude. It's only a flexible hose and the coupling it attaches to so it's not rocket science. I'll never go back to the Kincumber branch again and your senior staff there needs a kick in the pants for his attitude."
