Linden Cook Jewellery

As fate would have it I ordered a double sided impression pendant from Linden Cook a few weeks ago and made it with my Mum and Dads fingerprints. After sending it back, the girls announced that you could now get silicone moulds of your pieces in case you ever lost it, the girls were so incredibly helpful in adding this to my order, which was now with them. During production of my piece our Mum devastatingly passed away suddenly. The comfort of knowing that I had made that piece in time and also now with the silicone mould my brother and sister could have one made too is indescribable. The customer service from the girls has been incredible. I cannot thank you enough for what you do xx

Was given a gift voucher to use at Linden Cook and ordered myself an impressions ring with both my daughters prints on it. Absolutely adorable and a keepsake to treasure forever. Love it.

I absolutely LOVE my impression necklace in solid gold. I got 2 mini pendants for my daughters with their initial stamped in the back. The girls did such a beautiful job. Exceeds my expectations. They even finished it in 2 weeks for me so I could pick it up when we visited Melb for our wedding anniversary. Highly recommend. Thank-you so much for a special piece. I love everything about it.

had an impression necklace made of my dog who recently passed. was such a great experience and their customer service is next level. the piece itself is so beautiful and well made. cane at the perfect time and only took around a month for the entire process. so thankful and will definitely purchase again in the future <3

I ordered a fingerprint necklace from linden cook jewellery, I had sent them the impressions back to them which they let me know that it may not turn out that great as the impression was quite faint and offered to send me a larger one to try again, I just paid the difference in sizes, I was so happy that they had suggested this as once my necklace was delivered, it was AMAZING, I am so happy with the quality and service that was provided to me. I will have this necklace with me for life, thank you so much!

Really disappointed with the experience I encountered with LC. What was meant to be a closure piece after losing my mum, turned to be nothing but troubles.I sent my order at the end of January and it only took a few days for them to receive it. A few months went by and I finally emailed them regarding my order as it mentioned in their website that silver impression pieces take 2-3 weeks and I had not yet received it.The response I received from them mentioned they had not received it. After sharing the auspost screenshot which showed when they did receive it, they then told me I would be contacted. This did not happen.There was a lot of back and forth with emails and after telling them a few times that I would like them to begin ASAP, they finally got started and I have only just received my piece on Monday. Altogether it took 4 months... even though on their website it says 2-3 weeks upon receiving the wax print.When I opened up my impression piece, I was very disappointed. What was meant to be my mums fingerprint, looked nothing like it. It looked like a bunch of scratches on the ring. For the amount I paid and for the delay in receiving this piece, I am completely shattered and disappointed to receive what appears to be a 'flimsy' piece of jewellery.Disheartening experience.

We worked with linden cook to create my wedding ring. The staff were a dream to work with when they came up to Sydney in the Mecca pop up. We created the ring by using the wax impressions of mine and my wife’s fingerprints and I absolutely love the result.Thanks so much, guys, you are such wonderful people. Thank you for creating a piece of jewellery which gives me joy every time I see it.
