Was very happy with the interior clean today. Great value and exceptional service. Would definitely recommend.

I paid $150 for the Rejuvenation wash.I wish it’d let me attach a picture of the result. ALL DOGS HAIRS STILL THERE. They said they couldn’t remove, but all other $50 washes were able to remove… the workers were friendly and lovely, however the actual business is run very poorly as they are not given the right cleaning tools to clean a vehicle. The seats are still wet and the car now smells horrendous. It was the biggest waist of 2h wait + $150… don’t go there.

$100 for a detailed clean and I still had mud on my seats. Really disappointed and won't be back.

I asked for the $275 car detailing as we are selling our car. The staff member said he would get the car to selling point & I asked him to remove all stickers etc. When I picked the car up it looked ok, but when I got home on closer inspection I noticed stickers left on windows, they didn't vacumn the glove box, centre console or rear boot carriers & the car mats were left in the boot wet. There was dirt, stickers still stuck to the seats & centre console that I had to remove. The outside step ups of the car were still dirty. Not worth the $275. Disappointed & I should have read the reviews beforehand.

Worst $50 (!) car wash ever! Not only did I have to ask them to vaccum the boot when I came to pick up my car, but the exterior & interior were still dirty. After asking the to at least remove the dust from the interior & pointing out 5 exterior areas that needed a clean, I felt too embarrassed to point out more areas that needed cleaning. I got home & finished the job myself.

Nice people and very prompt service, but wouldn't call this a full detail whatsoever.$150 for just the inside cleaned, but dirt and grass left down the sides of the seats, cupholders not wiped out, etc. I paid an extra $25 for the outside to be cleaned too and same thing, just a general wipe that I could've done myself. I hate complaining and I did see if this could be fixed but I was told they don't have any equipment to reach these spots, so definitely be aware of that if you really need a good clean out!

Put my car in for the full kit & caboodle ($275!!!) after a particularly dusty holiday. Whilst the clean was done pretty well, I was left without some of my interiors. I had to go back to claim my sunshade ... and my boot cover/lining was missing completely! The owner tried to claim it had been put in another car after cleaning (but didn't have the customer's details), then said it was returned but didn't notice it was a completely different colour. Then tried to tell me it was in a car on a truck to Perth!!!!! I told him he could go to a car wreckers and get a second-hand replacement cheap as long as it was in okay condition and the colour matched. After multiple visits and follow ups I got close to a full refund to cover the replacement cost of a new one ... then found one for $10 at the car wrecker!! If you take your car there, take EVERYTHING out of it as there is no system to store and replace, and no system for tracking who has left their car behind to follow up with things go wrong.

As a new driver and car owner, I was excited for my first car wash, especially with a 50% discount for the first wash - however, that's where the positives ended.I was charged $25 for an ‘inside and outside hand wash’, even though the full price is $39 for a hatch / sedan. When I asked if $25 was indicative of the 50% discount, I was reassured that the full price is $50 (the price listed for a wagon / SUV is $49, I drive a Toyota Yaris)…While both the inside and outside of the car was poorly cleaned, the inside was particularly disappointing. There was still sand on the carpet, the dashboard and seats still had dog hairs on them, the interior windows were not wiped, the seats somehow has stains that weren’t there previously? On the outside, there are still red dirt stains from the recent storms everywhere.If you are not willing to put 100% effort into a discounted wash, you shouldn’t make the offer at all. I assume the discount was to incentivise customers to return, however, I can assure you it did the exact opposite for me.
